These terms explain the rules for using SUSHI PRO. Please read them carefully before you create an account.
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what apply.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SUSHI PRO (“SUSHI PRO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to your use of our website, your account and every service offered through the platform, including spot trading, deposits, withdrawals and portfolio tracking.
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the platform.
To use SUSHI PRO you must:
The platform may not be available in every country or region. It is your responsibility to make sure that using it is lawful where you live.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and when you complete identity verification, and to keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading or someone else’s information is a breach of these Terms.
You may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else.
Identity verification helps us keep the platform secure and protect all users. We may ask you to submit documents or other information to confirm who you are, at registration or at any later time, for example before certain deposits, withdrawals or other activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. That includes your password and, if you turn it on, your two-factor authentication method.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:
Your account gives you access to spot trading, deposits, withdrawals and portfolio tracking. Some points that apply to these services:
Any fees that apply to your account will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Please review the fee shown before you confirm a transaction. Network fees charged by a blockchain are set by that network and not by us.
Digital assets are volatile, and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Please trade only with what you can afford to lose. Read our Risk disclosure carefully before you trade. By using the platform you confirm that you understand these risks and that all trading decisions are your own.
SUSHI PRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
We may also restrict an account where we are required to by law or by a competent authority, or where we need to protect the platform or other users. Where it is lawful and practical to do so, we will tell you why. You may stop using the platform and ask to close your account at any time by opening a support ticket. Closing an account does not affect rights and duties that arose before it closed.
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, make changes or temporarily limit access where needed, for example for security reasons or because of events outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUSHI PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for loss of profits, or for losses that result from market movements, network delays or failures, your own errors, or the actions of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When we make a change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
If you have a question about these Terms or about your account, the fastest way to reach us is to open a ticket from your dashboard. Our team will follow up directly in that conversation.
